Critical Attributes - process for identification
  1. Define the label - often the dictionary is the best place to start
  2. Determine the purpose of the lesson - be sure to make it is relevant as possible.
  3. Identify similar learning
    - what is similar is not critical

    - what is different is critical
  4. Identify examples of the learning
    - determine how they are alike
    - generate a list of general characteristics
