There are two search options available - the regular option and advanced; for most purposes, the regular options should suffice. Please note that if you put quotation marks around the words (assuming you use more than one word) the program will search for the phrase. For example, typing in "social studies" will cause it search only for those two words together.
Also, if you look at the bottom right side of the search page that comes up on your screen, you may see additional pages with links that you may access.

Please note that doing a search with this tool will only lead you to the page where the words are found; once you get to that page, you will need to do a search of just that page. If you are not sure how to that, I have created a page that should help.
